  • All makeup applications include complimentary false lash application and touch up kits
  • Please allow approximately 1.5-2 hours for bridal makeup trials. Bridal trials are usually held at my home studio in Wantirna
  • Please allow approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for the bride makeup and approximately 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes for bridal party/family member/special guest makeup on the wedding day.

  • There is a minimum of 3 people for the bridal/group booking required. e.g. Bridal Party: Bride + 2 x Bridesmaids makeup/family members/guests

  • For bookings Friday - Sunday, the bride must be included in the service.

  • Bride only makeup service is also available for $300 for those who don’t have a bridal party or would like a dedicated artist for them. Please allow up to 2 hours for the makeup application on the day.

Lessons

Personal Makeup Lesson - self makeup application
(non-artists)

  • Please allow approximately 2.5-3 hours for makeup lessons
  • Includes a set of makeup brushes for you to take home, handout booklet with how to notes, access to my makeup kit to try my fav products
  • Lesson outlines are tailored to your individual makeup needs and generally includes the following:
    • How to best prepare your skin for your makeup to look its best
    • Foundation and concealer choice and application
    • Highlight and contouring to suit your face shape & features
    • Eye shadow, eye liner, lashes and brow application
    • Lip colour choice and application

Professional Makeup Artistry Upskilling

  • Please allow approximately 3.5-4 hours for the makeup masterclass
  • Lesson outlines are tailored to individual needs and generally includes the following:
    • Consultation and makeup kit tips
    • Detailed step by step demonstration of a makeup look either chosen by you and Jane to guide you through how she approaches makeup and provide support and feedback whilst you practice the techniques shown

Terms and Conditions

​Payment
  • A non-refundable $200 booking fee is required to secure and confirm your wedding booking. If a deposit is not received, your date and time is available for someone else to book
  • By proceeding to pay a deposit you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
  • The outstanding balance can be paid in cash on the day or via direct debit at least two weeks prior
 
Travel

  • Travel charges apply to all mobile bookings (calculated from Wantirna 3152). Option to come to home studio in Wantirna available to ensure no travel charges incur

  • Hotel parking: If you plan on getting ready at a hotel, valet parking will need to be arranged and paid for by the client.

Early morning starts
  • Early morning starts incur an additional $50 per hour prior to 7am.
 
Liability
  • Please inform of any known allergies to products prior to the makeup application service. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. If the client/s has any contractible virus (e.g. cold sore, conjunctivitis etc.) your makeup artist must be informed prior to the makeup commencing. 
  • All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sterilised between each makeup application. Where possible applicators (e.g. mascara wands) will be used, these will be disposed of upon completion.
  • Client/s agree to release the artist Jane Kingsavanh and all contractors from liability from any skin complications due to allergic reactions. The artist is held harmless towards any claim, loss, damage or injury, either directly or indirectly from the artists’ performance

Changes 
  • After the booking fee has been made to secure the services, if you decide to:​
    • change the timings and/or increase the number of services, this may be accommodated for pending on artiest availability 
    • reduce the number of services with less than 2 weeks notice, the total amount quoted will remain the same and still need to be paid in full, with the option of replacing the original person with someone else. 
 
Cancellations​
  • Cancellations of any bookings by you must be communicated to Jane in writing. Upon cancellation, the complete $200 security deposit will be retained by Jane regardless of the amount of notice given. If less than two weeks’ notice is provided, you will also be required to pay 50% of the agreed price of the booking. This is necessary to cover administration costs and compensate for Jane’s inability to service other clients on the date of your booking.

Images
  • Client/s agree that the artist may use any photographs or videos taken of the client for portfolio, website, social media or any promotions. Please advise if you do not wish your picture / video to be taken.

  • All prices are fixed rates and are non-negotiable
